Jerry Potter
President/CEO
Jerry Potter: Jerry started in the water meter business directly upon graduation from North Texas State University in 1972. He has been with Master Meter since 1982 and became President in 1984. During his tenure Master Meter has experienced tremendous growth and shown an industry-leading introduction of new technologically advanced products. His almost forty years of experience is a valuable asset for Master Meter.

Jamie Allan
Chief Operations Officer
Jamie enjoys more than 32 years of professional experience within the Water Industry. Jamie has managed Quality, Operations, AMR/AMI; with his major focus being that of Sales and General Management. With much of his career spent at Elster, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Master Meter. Jamie’s understanding of Water Meters, Systems and how they match the needs of today’s Water Providers makes him an ideal partner for our Customer base.
Jamie has long had links to such organizations as ASQ, IQA & AWWA, chairing and volunteering his time over the years. Jamie currently sits on the National AWWA Customer Service Committee.

Kobi Brenner
Chief Financial Officer
Kobi brings more than 15 years of financial management experience to Master Meter, having previously served for five years as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG, and ten years of financial advisory in the water works industry. Prior to relocating to Master Meter’s headquarters in Mansfield, TX, Kobi served as VP Finance with the Arad Group in Israel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA from the University of Haifa, Israel.

Tim Hanes
Executive Vice President
Tim brings to Master Meter 10+ years of experience in the Water industry including strategy, acquisition and leadership roles at the largest national waterworks distributor. He also brings 13 years of product management and operations experience from his time at GE Appliances and Stanleyworks. Tim oversees the product management and marketing functions at Master Meter.

Neal Farmer
Vice President of Sales - Western Region
Neal brings to Master Meter a keen focus in sales management and distribution channel market requirements. Entering the waterworks industry in 1982 as the East Texas Sales Representative for Trans-Tex Supply Co., Inc. Neal began selling multiple product lines for use in water distribution and waste water collection systems.
Neal gained his first experience with water measurement with Tran-Tex as they represented both Rockwell/Sensus and Master Meter products. In November of 1990 he joined Master Meter as a Regional Sales Manager covering Texas and New Mexico. By 1994 Neal was promoted to National Sales Manager. In this role, he develops and executes sales strategy for our national direct sales force and channel partners. Neal is married with two boys and enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.

Brandon Foster
Vice President of Sales - Eastern Region
Brandon brings over 24 years of water works manufacturing, sales, and distribution channel management experience to Master Meter. Brandon began his career with the company in 1995 with responsibilities in production, repair, and quality control. In May 2004, Brandon was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Florida (Panhandle), earning more than 13 years of AMR/AMI Sales and Implementation experience. Brandon serves as Master Meter’s Regional Vice President of Sales – Eastern Region.

Ian MacLeod
Vice President of Marketing
Ian brings 20 years of water measurement, systems and software technology sales, territory management, and marketing leadership experience to Master Meter. Ian serves as an advisor and presenter to key industry conferences. Ian is a graduate from the University of Southern California and Waseda University (Tokyo).

Walt Vetter
Chief Engineer
Walt brings more than 30 years of engineering experience to Master Meter, including product design, R&D, as well as manufacturing. As Chief Engineer, he oversees product development, quality improvement, and facility integration.

Daniel Langlois
Managing Director - Canada
Daniel brings more than 30 years of water industry experience and knowledge to Master Meter, including sales, strategic planning, and market development roles. Daniel served as President of a water measurement distribution partner during the 18 years prior to joining Master Meter. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, one of Canada’s leading engineering institutions. He is fully bilingual in English and French.

Ronnie Veach
Senior Advisor
Employed in the water works industry since 1976, Ronnie brings extensive distribution channel management experience, senior national sales management, and operational supervisory understanding. Ronnie serves on the Board of Directors for Master Meter and brings the benefit of over 21 years of AWWA membership to our organization.

Ron Koch
Senior Advisor
Ron Koch is a senior advisor for Master Meter, Inc. He has a Bachelors's degree from Carnegie Mellon University (1963) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA (1983) from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in the Pittsburgh area suburbs.
Ron enjoys nearly 50 years of professional experience with almost all of that experience in some aspect of the Water Industry. Prior to his 15 years with Master Meter, Ron acted as an independent consultant to the water industry. Ron served with Rockwell International (now Sensus Technologies) for 25 years. He remains a very active Life Member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) at the national level.

Scott Seehoffer
Vice President - Automated Systems
Scott brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Master Meter, currently overseeing activities related to new product development including product specification and requirement definition and growth of the company into other utility markets.
