Tim brings to Master Meter 10+ years of experience in the Water industry including strategy, acquisition and leadership roles at the largest national waterworks distributor. He also brings 13 years of product management and operations experience from his time at GE Appliances and Stanleyworks. Tim oversees the product management and marketing functions at Master Meter.

Coby Kleinjan brings a wealth of experience in sales and customer service leadership to Master Meter. With over 18 years at Mouser Electronics, Coby most recently served as Vice President of Americas Customer Service and Sales, overseeing operations across North, South, and Central America. His tenure at Mouser included roles such as Director of Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts Manager, showcasing his ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage key client relationships. Before his time at Mouser, Coby was Sales and Marketing Manager at Boyt Tactical/Boyt Harness Company and Area Director at Young Life. Coby holds a Bachelor’s in Communications Arts and Sciences from Calvin University.

Adrienne brings more than 10 years of financial management experience to Master Meter. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte and has worked in a variety of industries before joining Master Meter in 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

Since 2016, Charles has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Master Meter, Inc. as well as General Counsel – North America for the Arad Group, Master Meter’s parent corporation. Charles brings to Master Meter decades of contract negotiation, IP/Patent issues, Human Resources, management of litigation-related matters, corporate matters, as well as legal analysis of multi-state water issues. Prior to Master Meter, Charles Arnold has represented clients as first chair in over 40 trials. These cases include complex commercial and civil matters including contract, TUFTA, personal injury, products liability, intellectual property, trade secret, and construction matters. He has also represented clients in litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, non-compete agreements, and copyright infringement. 

Colin Dickey serves as Managing Director of Master Meter Canada, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in supply sales, distribution, operational excellence across manufacturing and technology sectors. Known for building agile teams and streamlining complex processes, Colin has a track record of driving efficiency, improving service levels, and scaling operations to support growth. Before joining Master Meter, Colin was VP Sales and Marketing for Mold Science Technologies with distribution across Canada and the USA and Managing Director of Sudler and Hennessey Communications.
