Tim Hanes
President/CEO
Tim brings to Master Meter 10+ years of experience in the Water industry including strategy, acquisition and leadership roles at the largest national waterworks distributor. He also brings 13 years of product management and operations experience from his time at GE Appliances and Stanleyworks. Tim oversees the product management and marketing functions at Master Meter.
Coby Kleinjan
Senior Vice President
Coby Kleinjan brings a wealth of experience in sales and customer service leadership to Master Meter. With over 18 years at Mouser Electronics, Coby most recently served as Vice President of Americas Customer Service and Sales, overseeing operations across North, South, and Central America. His tenure at Mouser included roles such as Director of Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts Manager, showcasing his ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage key client relationships. Before his time at Mouser, Coby was Sales and Marketing Manager at Boyt Tactical/Boyt Harness Company and Area Director at Young Life. Coby holds a Bachelor’s in Communications Arts and Sciences from Calvin University.

Adrienne Sweaney
Chief Financial Officer
Adrienne brings more than 10 years of financial management experience to Master Meter. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte and has worked in a variety of industries before joining Master Meter in 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Charles Arnold
Vice President & General Counsel
Since 2016, Charles has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Master Meter, Inc. as well as General Counsel – North America for the Arad Group, Master Meter’s parent corporation. Charles brings to Master Meter decades of contract negotiation, IP/Patent issues, Human Resources, management of litigation-related matters, corporate matters, as well as legal analysis of multi-state water issues. Prior to Master Meter, Charles Arnold has represented clients as first chair in over 40 trials. These cases include complex commercial and civil matters including contract, TUFTA, personal injury, products liability, intellectual property, trade secret, and construction matters. He has also represented clients in litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, non-compete agreements, and copyright infringement.
Scott Seehoffer
Senior Vice President - Systems and Support
Scott brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Master Meter, currently overseeing activities related to new product development including product specification and requirement definition and growth of the company into other utility markets.
Colin Dickey
Managing Director - Canada
Colin Dickey serves as Managing Director of Master Meter Canada, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in supply sales, distribution, operational excellence across manufacturing and technology sectors. Known for building agile teams and streamlining complex processes, Colin has a track record of driving efficiency, improving service levels, and scaling operations to support growth. Before joining Master Meter, Colin was VP Sales and Marketing for Mold Science Technologies with distribution across Canada and the USA and Managing Director of Sudler and Hennessey Communications.
Brandon Foster
Senior Vice President of Sales - South Region
Brandon brings over 24 years of water works manufacturing, sales, and distribution channel management experience to Master Meter. Brandon began his career with the company in 1995 with responsibilities in production, repair, and quality control. In May 2004, Brandon was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Florida (Panhandle), earning more than 13 years of AMR/AMI Sales and Implementation experience. Brandon serves as Master Meter’s Regional Vice President of Sales – Eastern Region.
Geoff Fishel
Vice President of Sales - Western Region
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the metering and waterworks industry, Geoff is a seasoned expert in both sales and project management. He has been an integral part of one of the nation’s leading waterworks distributors for more than 17 years, where his deep knowledge of Master Meter products has enabled him to successfully address a wide range of metering needs, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Scott Bradley
Vice President of Sales - Northeast Region
Scott brings over 20 years of experience to Master Meter. Prior to his current role as Regional Vice President, he served as the Regional Sales Manager for Kentucky and Tennessee. Scott began his career as an AMR Division Manager at Master Meter Systems before being promoted to Vice President. In this role, he successfully managed software support, operations, and system implementation. Scott’s deep understanding of the market, combined with his extensive experience in sales and operations, make him a valuable asset to Master Meter, its customers, and the waterworks industry as a whole.
Ian MacLeod
Vice President of Marketing
Ian brings more than two decades of water industry experience, including Territory Sales Management and Product Management capacities for competitive organizations, and AI-based software sales prior to leading Master Meter’s marketing program. Ian serves on industry committees, presents to conferences, and consults for Wall Street analysts. Ian graduated from the University of Southern California, and holds a special diploma from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
Walt Vetter
Plant Manager/Chief Engineer
Walt brings more than 30 years of engineering experience to Master Meter, including product design, R&D, as well as manufacturing. As Chief Engineer, he oversees product development, quality improvement, and facility integration.
