Wired External Antenna
This low-profile antenna with a built-in transceiver is designed to sit on top or just underneath a pit or vault lid for outdoor water meter applications. Using industry standard UI-1203 communication protocol for water applications, this solution connects to any water meter encoder register with a three wire output for immediate connectivity between the water meter and the Silver Spring Networks smart grid.
