Work orders can be created and maintained in either the UMS-Win billing software or in the UMS-Parts inventory software. Using the inventory software, parts can be assigned to individual work orders. Sometimes it is desirable to extend the PC network and make work orders also available to the shop or meter reader personnel. The software's "user access and right" security limits user access to selected software segments.
