  • Submit this request form to Master Meter for processing.
  • Material should not be returned to Master Meter until RMA number has been assigned.
  • Once an RMA number is assigned, Master Meter will fax or email a copy to the number listed above.
  • Credits are issued on unused resalable items ONLY and are subject to inspection. (see RMA policy)
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to all items being returned for credit.
  • List all items being returned in groups by size or type.
  • All repair or replacement costs are subject to the terms & conditions of the warranty.
  • Product damaged due to improper packing will not be repaired or replaced under warranty.
  • Product being returned for accuracy testing should be accompanied with test results.
  • If more line items are needed, please attach additional forms.
  • If returning an item for credit or exchange what was the original P.O. number?
  • Mechanical Issues & Electrical issues need to be listed on separate RMA requests
  • A P.O. must accompany all requests for testing
  • All hardware (e.g., couplings, flanges, pipe fittings, etc.) must be removed from meters before the meters are sent in.
